Company Overview

Haihao Group is a modern private enterprise. Our Group was established in 1982. We are located in Mengcun - the hometown of Chinese pipe fittings. We are the first enterprise and one of the biggest enterprises which produce both pipe fittings and steel pipes in China. Our original name was Mengcun High-pressure Flange Company. The Group owns 6 subsidiaries, including Hebei Gee Pipe Mill Co., Ltd. There are 1600 employers, including 240 technologists. The Group covers 280000 square meters and owns fixed assets of 2500000000 RMB. Our output can reach 1180000 tons, and our annual output value is 980000000 RMB. Our products are exported to East Asia, Europe, America, Africa and other twenties countries. In addition, we have gained a good reputation in Chinese pipe fitting field. Gee products have four series: 1, flange and forged fittings; 2, steeliness seamless butt weld fittings with steel plates, such as elbows, tees, reducers and bends; 3, seamless steel pipes, ERW series, SSAW series; 4, nuclear project accessories. We also produce more than 3600 types of pipeline accessories with 118 kinds of materials. The Group owns advanced product lines. Our products are disposed by forging, cold pressing, cold forming, hot extrusion, heat treatment, polishing, rubbing, machining and chrome finishing. We are equipped with 108 sets of advanced machines, such as heat treatment furnaces, automatic welding machines and lathes. The Group is the only enterprise that owns forging hydraulic press machines. Our machines can bear the pressure of 6000 tons. Gee members regard the quality as our life. We stick to ISO9000 quality system and efficiently control the production procedure. We have set up a pipeline equipment inspection center", and we also have strong capabilities of chemical analysis, metallographic inspection, physical test and nondestructive inspection.
